MES: So what if it goes all right, er, say... say it works out real good, would you be up to doing something, say, around like March, April? We could get it... I'd like to take it around to Liverpool, Manchester and places like that, y'know.
Trevor Stuart: Yeah, you can have me until April the 20th.
MES: Yeah, you got work on from there?
TS: Yeah, going to Australia to do a show.
MES: Right, OK.

Youtube video comments “I believe the line: ‘their cover versions are naff and they live in Berlin’ is a reference to Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds and their album “Kicking Against The Pricks””
Just throwing that into the mix.
Kudos to you dannyno for yeoman’s work on republishing and annotating all the lyrics, Herculian task!
There are two elements to that comment. The first is that they are saying the lyric we have here is wrong – we currently have “Because the boys use a map and they live in Berlin”. So that needs a proper re-listen – “Their cover versions are naff…” does sound better, and to my ears it does sound like that’s what it is. And then the suggestion about Nick Cave’s cover versions album does work chronologically.
Proper choon.

Thanks for that.
